In the UK, the
provisions of the Party Wall etc Act 1996 provide for the owners of
terraced and other types of adjoining building each to appoint their own
surveyor to represent their interests should one party decide to modify,
change or redevelop their building as this relates to the shared wall
and its foundations - L&A has considerable experience of PSA matters,
particularly as applied to older and listed historic properties in the
inner London area |
