L&A acted as the Lead Consultant to a Housing Association undertaking a major asbestos containing materials management programme over its 6000 or so properties - the ACMs were to be surveyed and managed and maintained in situ - L&A networked 6 other agencies involved, putting in place an Asbestos Regulations compliancy scheme, developing interactive software enabling housing officers to respond to individual public concern on a personal case-by-case basis
